In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account Holder", "Player", "User", "you", "your" refers to any natural person who has registered or is attempting to register a w33com account.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where accessing or using online gambling services is unlawful under applicable local law.

w33com reserves the right to require documentary verification of any eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension pending review.

Each individual may hold only one w33com account. Duplicate accounts — whether created to claim additional bonuses, circumvent a restriction, or for any other reason — will be closed and all associated Funds forfeited. Where fraudulent intent is identified, w33com reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your w33com account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

• You must keep your w33com login credentials — username, email address, and password — strictly confidential. Do not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• Account Holders are responsible for ensuring that all personal details held on their w33com account are accurate and current, including contact email and, where applicable, payment method details.
• Accounts that are inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. w33com will make reasonable attempts to notify the Account Holder before any administrative fees are applied to dormant account balances.

w33com supports deposits and withdrawals via Bitcoin (BTC), USDT TRC20, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Supported methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing times are published in the cashier section of your w33com account and may be updated periodically.

• All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. w33com does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations for the relevant blockchain. w33com is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. w33com may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including government-issued identification and proof of address — before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. w33com reserves the right to require this as a condition of withdrawal processing.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is only permitted once all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in those Bonus Funds being removed from the account balance.

• Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of w33com and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice, subject to not disadvantaging players who have already accepted and begun wagering on an active bonus.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w33com platform. Any Account Holder found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all Funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the platform to facilitate, disguise, or layer proceeds of criminal activity — including money laundering in any form.
• Attempting to defraud w33com or other players through any means, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or collusion in multi-player games.
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to artificially influence game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Accessing or attempting to access other Account Holders' accounts without authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate profit. Any such profits are deemed void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on the w33com platform.
• Registering or operating more than one w33com account, or using another person's account details to access the platform.
• Any activity that w33com determines, at its sole discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other users.

All content on the w33com platform — including but not limited to the w33com brand name and logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, images, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of w33com or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the w33com platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the w33com platform without prior written authorisation from w33com.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w33com's total aggregate liability to any Account Holder in connection with the platform or these Terms — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Account Holder in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• w33com is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, consequential loss, or indirect loss arising from your use of the platform.
• w33com does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, and third-party service disruptions may affect availability. w33com will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime.
• w33com is not responsible for any internet connection, device, or software issues on the Account Holder's end that affect gameplay or betting activity.
• Gambling involves financial risk. w33com makes no representation or warranty that any player will profit from use of the platform. You acknowledge that you may lose all Funds you deposit and wager.

Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the w33com Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By registering an account on w33com, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

w33com implements SSL/TLS encryption across all data transmissions on the platform. Your financial data — including deposit and withdrawal records — is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except as required for payment processing, identity verification, or compliance with legal obligations under w33com's gaming licence.

• Minimum Age: The minimum age to use w33com is 21 years. w33com employs age verification measures and will close any account found to belong to a person under this age, forfeiting all associated Funds.
• Deposit Limits: Account Holders may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.

• Failure to provide requested identity verification documentation within the stipulated timeframe.
• A request by the Account Holder to close their own account.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requiring account closure or fund freezing.
• Detection of a duplicate account associated with the Account Holder.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Account Holder via their last verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding compliance reviews. w33com is not obligated to return funds where their forfeiture is a consequence of a Terms breach by the Account Holder.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which w33com holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the w33com internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the applicable consumer protection laws of your own jurisdiction that cannot be contractually excluded.

w33com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, w33com will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Account Holders via the email address associated with their account or through an in-platform notification, not less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the w33com platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

The current version of these Terms, as displayed on this page at w33com.org/terms-conditions, supersedes all prior versions. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect.
